As a long-standing partner of system providers, Wallstein has been producing various series of sterilization tunnels for the pharmaceutical industry for more than two decades. They are used to remove microorganisms and pyrogens from glass containers for liquid or powdered medicines (e.g. ampoules, cartridges or bottles) before filling and packaging. This is done by dry and heat sterilization according to the laminar flow principle.
We recently received an order from our customer Syntegon to manufacture a new-generation sterilization tunnel for Aspen Pharmacare in South Africa. Delivery will take place in June 2024 after successful acceptance.
