Early this year, the Wallstein Group acquired the Balcke-Dürr Polska company through a share deal. The integration into the Group started immediately after the negotiations had been completed. The company got a new name, Wallstein Rothemühle; joint sales activities were launched, and new framework agreements negotiated with the banks.
On September 9th and 10th, the Integration Days took place in Warsaw, during which joint German/Polish teams from the Sales, Service, Technology, HR, IT, Legal, and Financial departments developed various shared efforts for successful integration.
We were pleased with the commitment that the teams on both sides displayed during the event, and we look optimistically into our common future.
