their first steps in the working environment. This year, we had an opportunity to greet three trainees at our Recklinghausen location, on their way to become construction mechanics and office administrators.

In order to facilitate the young men’s transition from school to the working environment, a range of onboarding events takes place. Dirk Wallstein often finds the time to introduce the new employees to the company.
