From our team - Lisa Adolph


Our colleague Lisa Adolph began her vocational training as an Office Management Clerk on September 1, 2014. During this time, she gained valuable experience in both Office Administration and Financial Accounting departments.

After successfully completing her training in June 2017, she was immediately offered a permanent position in the Financial Accounting department – a clear testament to her dedication and professional competence.

But that was only the beginning: alongside her daily work, Lisa Adolph pursued a part-time degree program from 2018 to June 2022, earning her Bachelor of Business Administration. We were pleased to support this additional qualification through a financial contribution toward her tuition fees. The combination of practical experience and academic knowledge has significantly deepened Lisa’s expertise and ideally prepared her for further responsibilities.

Since July 2023, Lisa has taken on a key role within our company: as Head of Digitalization & Payroll, she drives the advancement of our processes, integrates modern technologies with solid professional expertise, and actively shapes the future of the Wallstein Group.
